RETURNS,EXCHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Most of our work is made to order. In case you are not satisfied with your purchase, please send us a message outlining your concerns and we will evaluate what we may be able to do for you.
Please make sure you have accepted and confirmed the details of your order before payment, as each painting is 100% handmade, original and carefully created, so there are no refunds, with the exception of damaged goods. All paintings are shipped fully insured. If your item is damaged in transit, a claim will be filed with the shipping company and a refund will be honored once the claim is paid. (Rush order charges will not be refunded). You must contact me immediately but no less than 24 hours and include detailed photos of the damage- and I will file the claim. You MUST KEEP ALL packaging and follow the instructions set forth by the shipping company in order to get your claim paid.
Exchanges are welcome in person within 3 days of receipt for local clients (items must be in original packing and not damaged in any sort of way).

Please be aware that the colors you see on your screen may vary slightly. This is due to different screens and screen resolutions and does not mean the artwork itself is compromised.
shipping
- Stock items are generally shipped within 2-5 business days while customized Items will be shipped within 10-12 business days of receiving payment.
- Local orders can be picked up to avoid shipping costs, just add “PICKUP” in your notes on order. All paintings are shipped fully insured.
- You can track your order with the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation, which you get by e-mail as soon as we dispatch your order. When your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and holidays. If a delivery suffers a delay or an item happens to be out of stock, you will be informed by email as quickly as possible. Some delays may occur during sales, very busy periods, public holidays and severe weather conditions. Please notice that we are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
Packaging
I package all of my panels in plenty of bubble wrap, and then a sturdy cardboard box so that it arrives safely at your home. Shipping insurance is included in the shipping cost. If god forbid the painting gets damaged you will get a full refund

- Currently, all major credit cards (via PayPal), and only US checks are accepted.
- *Please be sure the address in your Paypal account is your current address.*
- If you mistakenly ordered using the wrong address, please let us know within 24 hours.
- Prices are shown in US Dollar ($). Prices do not include payment and delivery charges. Orders may be subject to local taxes and/or import duties at your own expense. Tax-free shopping is not available. Prices may be changed at any time without further notice. We reserve the right to change our product’s prices at any time without further notice. However, if you have ordered but not yet paid for a product, we guarantee the same price throughout the process. We, however, take reservations for typing errors.
